refund & returns policy

Please make sure you are familiar with our refund & returns policy before you make a purchase from our online store.

Overview

Our refund & returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you choose to return a purchased product because you have changed your mind or it doesn’t fit quite right, you will be liable to cover the cost of the return shipping and handling.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in it’s original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Hats must be returned with care and there must be no creases in hats that are returned.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift certificates

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I QUALIFY FOR A RETURNED ITEM?

If your order qualifies for return then you have the choice of the following three options:

1. Exchange it with a new product from the online store
2. Get a store credit
3. Get a refund

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/return.

If your return is approved, then the option you choose from above will be honoured within 14 days.

If your return is rejected, you have the choice to have the item sent back to you however you will be liable for the shipping costs.

OTHER DETAILS:

Sale items are not eligible to be returned.

Returning exchanged items is not allowed.
